The Major Problems which presently face the Human Race relate directly to The Massive Destruction caused by Human Activities to our Global Ecosystems. These fundamental problems include: Overpopulation, Famine, Disease, Deforestation, Desertification, and Pollution. If it were possible to use some Advanced Technology to counteract these negative trends on national and global scales, the Impact of Human Activities on the Global Biosphere would take a Quantum Shift in the direction of achieving a sustainable and synergistic balance between Human Society and its Planetary Homeworld.

Arcos Cielos Research Center proposes a Revolutionary New Program of Education and Environmentally Focused Research, with the primary objective of developing this Advanced Technology, as well as a Set of Effective Approaches…in essence, a Practical Methodology for Global-Scale Social and Ecological Programming. Although the Basic Technological Elements for a Project of this magnitude have existed since the 1940’s their applications have to date been limited mainly to the fields of Alternative Medicine and Agriculture. When combined with leading-edge Conventional Science and Technology, these Alternative Technologies have the potential to produce a Powerful Set of Entirely New Scientific Tools. Through selected applications of a Unique New Master Paradigm called Future-Science Technology, and by creating fresh new Perspectives and Methodologies, it should be not only possible, but practical for a small group of individuals to effect positive changes in Major Ecological Systems within a relatively short time-frame…and on a Planetary Scale.

The implementation of such a project would not necessarily require the vast manpower, technological, or financial resources, as with conventional military or NASA-type programs. It could be accomplished at virtually any geographical location, and would be designed to utilize existing Telecommunications, Satellite, and Computer Technologies, by integrating them into the operational framework of Future-Science Technology.

The Arcos Cielos Global Ecology Project represents an innovative new Response Program, designed to stabilize and reverse the deteriorating trends which presently impact our Planetary Biosphere. This program would utilize selected aspects of Future-Science Technology to restore and rejuvenate the ecology of the Marine, Terrestrial, and Atmospheric Environments on a Planetary Scale. This Program would be based on establishing an Enlightened Awareness of Social, Environmental, and Reproductive Responsibility within the Global Social Consciousness. The Ultimate Objective would be for every human being on Earth to have a clear understanding of their significance as Co-Evolutionary Agents, and a firm mindfulness of their Critical Responsibilities for functioning in harmony with the planetary ecosystems…for the present and future benefit of All Mankind.
